Dude Xpo presenters rock! We're excited to have you as part of a top-flight group that's willing to share their talents! This page is designed to provide answers to commonly asked presenter questions.

What are the ways to make money from my class?

1. You'll receive a promo code for admission tickets and for everyone who uses it, you get $2 profit-sharing.

2. Sell items in your class and charge a materials fee for them. You keep the profits.

How do I sell supplies or materials at my class?

We encourage you to sell materials or other items in your class. If there is a profit, you keep it. You'll need to make arrangements with your own staff to collect money and hand out kits. Some presenters prefer to collect as people are working on projects. Dude Xpo staff cannot collect money or hold collected monies for you.

My presentation requires materials. Why does the description say "Optional materials fee..."?

If you supply kits for your class it makes your class more engaging and gives you a chance to make a profit. It's our policy to allow attendees that want to just observe the class to do that. Most attendees will buy your kit.

Do I have to have a booth to present?

You're typically expected to have a booth if you have a business and sell a product. This ensures the presentation isn't just a sales pitch, while still giving you a place to direct attendees once your presentation is finished.

How many attendees can I have in my classroom?

Locate your classroom number on the map here. Each classroom shows its capacity. A "T" next to the number indicates the classroom has tables for attendees.

How will I know how many signed up for my presentation?

Please e-mail us a week or two before the show.

What kind of connections are available for my laptop?

You'll need to use your own computer, but we'll have the hook-up cords (Mac video adapter, USB and VGA video cables, iPad video adapters, sound cables from computer, etc.). If your media device has an uncommon connector, please bring it to make sure.

What kind of microphones are available?

We have handheld microphones. Some rooms only have two mics available. Others can mic up to four.

Can I change the title and time of my presentation?

No. It's in your best interest to keep the title and time of your class unchanged once it has been listed on the website. Attendees often have adjusted their schedule to attend, and you would lose attendees by making changes.

Make sure to mention Dude Xpo when booking a hotel to get our negotiated rate!
